Usual Breakfast, coffee with HWC and eggs with baconbits.
Lunch: 2 slices deli ham, 1 slice deli roast beef, 1 slice provolone - topped with mayo, horseradish and dejon mustard.
Snack: 3/4 cup mixed nuts and dried fruit -- terrible!!!
Dinner: Olive Garden salad -- Yummy!!
I'm approximating 30 carbs for today.
